Etc.) at customers' Oil\u30fbGas\u30fbMarine plants will contribute to <strong>reducing CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions (zero emission) in our customers' LCA(Life Cycle Assessment)<\/strong>.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"lca_box\">\r\n      <p>\r\n        Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is a method to quantitatively evaluate the input resources and environmental load of these resources and the potential environmental impact on the earth and ecosystems during the life cycle from the procurement of raw materials for products, production, distribution, consumption, maintenance, disposal and , CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions over 10 years should be as follows :\r\n\r\n\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <h4>\r\n          In case of Non-coated Metal, Rust prevention function maintenance life is 1 year*3<span class=\"yubi\">&#9755;<\/span>replacement in every year\r\n        <\/h4>\r\n        <p class=\"env_text_g\">\r\n          CO<sub>2<\/sub>emissions = 300tons x 10times replacement = 6,000tons\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <h4>\r\n          In case of usual PTFE coated metal,  Rust prevention function maintenance life is 2.5years*\uff13<span class=\"yubi\">&#9755;<\/span>replacement in every 2.5years\r\n        <\/h4>\r\n        <p class=\"env_text_g\">\r\n          CO<sub>2<\/sub>emissions = 2.0 X 300tons X 4times replacement = 2,400tons\r\n        <\/p>\r\n<h4>\r\n          In         Extending the life of steel products not only reduces CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions, but also reduces the cost of products by reducing the number of replacements. In addition, cost reductions such as [personnel expenses due to replacement] and [losses due to equipment stoppages] must also be considered. <br>\r\n          In other words, extending the life of steel products not only reduces CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions, but also has a significant impact on LCC (Life Cycle Cost).<br>\r\nAccording to our estimates, approx.80% cost reduction will be achieved in 10 years by using NANOTECT\u00ae\u3000and TAKECOAT\u00ae-1000. The advantages of NANOTECT \u00ae and TAKECOAT\u00ae-1000 are obvious.\r\n\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <div class=\"env_note_box\">\r\n       <!--   <p class=\"env_note\">\r\n            *4\u3053\u306eLCC\u306e\u8a08\u7b97\u5f0f\u306f\u3001<span class=\"pc_hide\">\u4e0b\u8a18<\/span><span class=\"sp_hide\">\u53f3\u8a18<\/span>\u306b\u793a\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\r\n          <\/p>-->\r\n          <div class=\"bk_grey\">\r\n            <p>\r\n              LCC = P1 + Nreplace  (P1 + Creplace + Cstop + Cfailure)<br>\r\n               Nreplace = (Set life of equipment\/Performance life of bolt) \u2013 1<br>\r\n              P1 = Unit price of Nut&Bolt\u3000<br>\r\n            Creplace = Labor cost at maintenance<br>\r\n            Cstop = Expenses for equipment shutdown<br>\r\n            Cfailure = Cost of equipment shutdown by corrosion<br>\r\n\r\n            <\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n      <div class=\"env_desc_box02\">\r\n        <h3>2 Viewpoint from Transportation<\/h3>\r\n        <p>\r\n          Our products are used not only in Japan but also in overseas, so we would like to explain CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions from both overseas transportation (marine) and local transportation (truck). <br>\r\nCO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions (ton) in transportation is shown\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <p class=\"env_text_g\">\r\n          CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions = emission intensity(g-CO<sub>2<\/sub>\/ton\u30fbkm)*4 X weight of part (ton) X transportation distance (km)\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <p>\r\n          CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions over 10 years assuming a customer's equipment life is 10 years and the weight of parts to be replaced are 300 tons should\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <h4>\r\n          be as follows:\r\n        <\/h4>\r\n<h4>\u3000In case of Non-coated metal :<\/h4>\r\n        <div class=\"env_text_g\">\r\n          <p>\r\n            <span>Marine *5\u3000\u3000CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions = 10 times transportation x 39 x 300ton x 7,000km = 819ton<\/span>\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            <span>Truck *6\u3000CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions = 10 times transportation x 173 x 300ton x 500km = 260ton<\/span>\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n<h4>\r\nIn case of usual PTFE coated metal;\r\n        <\/h4>\r\n        <div class=\"env_text_g\">\r\n          <p>\r\n            <span>Marine *5\u3000CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions = 4 times transportation x 39 x 300ton x 7,000km = 328ton<\/span>\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            <span>Truck *6   CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions = 4 times transportation x 173 x 300ton x 500km = 104ton<\/span>\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <h4>\r\n          In case of NANOTECT\u00ae and TAKECOAT\u00ae-1000 coated metal ;\r\n        <\/h4>\r\n        <div class=\"env_text_g\">\r\n          <p>\r\n            <span>Marine *5\u3000CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions = 2 times transportation x 39 x 300ton x 7,000km = 164ton<\/span>\r\n          <\/p>\r\n          <p>\r\n            <span>Truck *6   CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions = 2 times transportation x 173 x 300ton x 500km =  52ton<\/span>\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <p class=\"env_note\">\r\n          *4: CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions intensity in transportation methods (based on data from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry\u3000In case of Marine:39, in case of Truck;173<br>\r\n          *5: Marine transportation from Japan to UAE[distance approx.7,000km]<br>\r\n         *6: Land transportation from Osaka to Tokyo[distance approx.500km]<br>\r\n      In case of Japan \u2192\u3000UAE\u3000by\u3000marine : 7,000Km, in case of Osaka \u2192\u3000Tokyo\u3000by truck ; 500km\r\n        <\/p>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"env_btn_box env_btn02 sListBtn\">\r\n      <div class=\"env_box_in\">\r\n        <p class=\"env_btn_tit\">Reduction of CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions <br>through improvement of facilities\r\n<\/p>\r\n        <div class=\"cross_btn_box\">\r\n          <div class=\"cross_btn\">\r\n            <span class=\"cross_btn01\"><\/span>\r\n            <span class=\"cross_btn02\"><\/span>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n          <p class=\"clickP\">CLICK<\/p>\r\n          <p class=\"closeP\">CLOSE<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\r\n    <div class=\"env_desc_box sListCont\">\r\n      <div class=\"env_desc_box01\">\r\n        <h3>\u2606\uff11Improvement of Coating Equipment<\/h3>\r\n        <p>\r\n          In most cases, heating and curing of polymer coating films is required for the formation of high-performance coatings for rust resistance.<br>\r\nTakenaka is also focusing on environmental measures for its production facilities, and has implemented improvements to coating film curing facilities to generate coating film during curing. CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions have been curbed.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <h4>\r\n          \u2605CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions before improvement\r\n        <\/h4>\r\n        <p>\r\n          When surface treated with 300 tons of steel per year with conventional equipment, 501 tons of CO<sub>2<\/sub> were emitted annually.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n        <h4>\r\n          \u2605CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions after improvement<\/h4>\r\n        <p class=\"env_text_g\">\r\n          By changing the heat source and effectively utilizing the waste heat generated during curing in the heating and curing equipment, CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions have been reduced to 400 tons per year. Namely, we have reduced CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions by 100 tons per year. This is a 20% reduction compared to the previous model. \u3000\r\n        <\/p>\r\n<h3>\r\n          \u2606\uff12Polymer Coating Method<\/h3>\r\n        <p class=\"env_text_g\">\r\n          Takenaka's annual paint consumption is 10 tons. Since the CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions coefficient in paint production is 0.6 \/ 10 tons*7, <br>In general PTFE, it is replaced once every 2.5 years = 2.4 tons\/CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions per 10 years <br>\r\n On the other hand, regarding NANOTECT \u00ae and TAKECOAT \u00ae - 1000, our annual CO<sub>2<\/sub> emissions are 0.6 tons.
